All purchases made on ResellDude.Store are final. We do not offer refunds or compensation for any product unless it is damaged upon delivery.
2. Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged product, we will offer either:
An exchange for the same item, subject to availability.Repair of the damaged product, at no additional cost.
To be eligible for an exchange or repair:
You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your item.The product must be unused and in its original packaging. 3. No Responsibility for Lost Shipments
Once the product is handed over to the shipping courier, ResellDude.Store is no longer responsible for the item.
Any issues related to lost or delayed shipments must be resolved directly with the courier. We encourage you to track your package and reach out to the shipping company for support.
4. Exchange Requests

with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. You must contact us within 3 days of delivery to initiate the exchange process.
Please note that exchanges are only offered for the same item, subject to availability. If the item is no longer available, we will offer a repair as an alternative.
